We believe young people shouldn't be defined by their circumstances, ZIP code, family structure, financial resources, or the challenges they have experienced.

Sometimes what changes a young person's trajectory is access to a mentor, a new experience, education, a skill, a network, encouragement, or simply someone willing to say, “I see something in you.”
